Frequently Asked Questions
The conference will feature a main programme which is a mixture of plenary sessions and streams which will start and finish at the advertised time. There will also be 1.5 hours of other talks and presentations, available in the conference website. You will have access to the additional talks and the main programme of talks from the day of the conference until 18 February 2021. The content will then be available in the future on the FSRH Learning Hub for FSRH members.
You can pay for your registration by credit or debit card – just follow the instructions on the registration page.
If you would like to pay by invoice please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the invoice should be paid by 4 November, two weeks ahead of the conference. If your payment isn’t received by this date then you may not be able to join us at the FSRH Virtual.
We are unable to accept payments via invoice after the 4 November and require upfront payment.
You will need an internet connected device (laptop, desktop, tablet) with sound. You will not be able to view the conference using a smart phone and for the optimum experience we commend using a laptop or desktop.
The conference will be broadcast via a dedicated online platform and the link along with your login details will be sent to you well in advance. Please ensure you can access this platform prior to the day of the conference.
A lot of the conference content will be pre-recorded to avoid technology issues, but with live Q&A, to allow you to interact. If COVID-19 prevents us from having live Q&A, we still plan to go ahead with the conference, as delegates will still be able to watch all content until 18 February. We know from members that they are keen to gain CPD opportunities, as there have been limited opportunities to do so this year.
If the conference is cancelled by FSRH we will offer all delegates a refund. As much of the content will be pre-recorded, we hope to be able to deliver the conference on 18 November, with delegates having 3 months access to the talks and presentations.
If you wish to cancel your place all cancellations must be received in writing by the Organisers email@example.com. It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that the Organisers has received the written cancellation.
On or before 19th October 2020 – Full refund, minus £50 administration fee
After 19th October 2020 – We regret that no refund can be made after this time, although name substitutions can be made at any time up to the day prior to the event.
No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
Everyone who attends FSRH Virtual will receive a certificate of attendance after the event that states how many hours of talks they took part in. As FSRH Virtual is also available on demand, participants will receive a monthly certificate stating which sessions they attended that month up until the end of February 2021.
